Gel Clot Assay
Chesapeake Limulabs' gel clot assay is a qualitative LAL test that detects a positive or negative presence of endotoxin from Gram-negative bacteria at varying sensitivity levels.
▸ Easy-to-use: simply aliquot your sample & LAL reagent into test tubes, incubate for 1 hour, & rotate tube to determine whether sample has coagulated
▸ Multiple sensitivity levels: 0.015 EU/mL, 0.03 EU/mL, 0.06 EU/mL, 0.125 EU/mL, & 0.25 EU/mL
▸ Choose from 5.2 mL (~50 tests) or 2 mL (~20 tests) vials
▸ Only need LPS-free test tubes & a 37 °C water bath
▸ Control Standard Endotoxin (CSE) and LAL reagent water available

Handling,storage, & disclaimer: Store at -20-+8 °C before reconstituting. Reconstitute with LPS-free water. Store at 2-8 °C (for up to 30 days) or freeze at -20 °C (only freeze & thaw once) for reconstituted reagents. Open vials only under aseptic conditions, and use only certified LPS-free equipment and disposables. Aliquot samples and reagents into tubes under aseptic conditions. Kinetic Turbidimetric Assay
Chesapeake Limulabs' kinetic turbidimetric assay is a quantitative LAL test that measures the concentration of endotoxin in a sample.
▸ Simply aliquot your sample & LAL reagent into a 96-well plate, allow the plate reader to monitor the change in turbidity over time at 340 nm, & compare to a standard curve
